These Terms of Service govern the purchase, delivery, and licensing of flat-rate digital marketing packages provided by KAMADWK LLC to business entities globally.

All transactions are structured as flat-rate, package-based purchases. Clients are under no obligation to maintain ongoing monthly retainers or recurring agency fees beyond the specific campaign assets ordered.

Upon full payment and successful completion of the package, KAMADWK LLC transfers complete intellectual property ownership of all customized ad creatives, localized copy, and optimized storefront assets to the client.

Campaign assets are delivered within the standard timeline specified at checkout. Each package includes a structured revision window to ensure all localized creatives align precisely with North American market standards.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. KAMADWK LLC's total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific marketing package under dispute.
